Groupe IDI and Raise Investment to acquire Talis Education from Azulis Capital and Aquiti Gestion for £86m.

Groupe IDI, a listed investment firm, and Raise Investment, a capital investment company, agreed to acquire Talis Education, a provider of Higher Education institutions reach their strategic goals around Teaching & Learning, learner and learning analytics, student experience and provision of resources, from Azulis Capital, a provider equity funding to small and medium-sized enterprises, and Aquiti Gestion, a provider of equity financing for innovative start-ups, for £86m.
