PSG-backed ShootProof, an online provider of marketing and distribution services for professional and semi-professional photographers, completed the acquisition of Collage, an e-commerce provider of photo and home products, including photo blankets, canvases, phone cases and other custom gifts. Financial terms were not disclosed.
