C.H. Robinson completed the acquisition of Combinex Holding.

C.H. Robinson, an American Fortune 500 provider of multimodal transportation services and third-party logistics, completed the acquisition of Combinex Holdingm, a forwarder in the Benelux region. Financial terms were not disclosed. ‘‘The acquisition is a great opportunity for C.H. Robinson and will strengthen our existing footprint in Europe, particularly our presence in Western Europe. Combinex will also offer us additional haul capabilities with a dedicated fleet, expanding our reach in the short-medium haul market.
