Tanarra-backed Barambah Organics completed the acquisition of Five Am Life from PZ Cussons.

Tanarra-backed Barambah Organics, an Australian certified organic dairy company, completed its acquisition of Five Am Life, a producer of diary products, from PZ Cussons, a major British manufacturer of personal healthcare products and consumer goods. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We intend to take the 5:AM model again to its roots, partnering with farmers in sustainable and regenerative practices, investing in product innovation and being a enjoyable, accessible, natural model. We will probably be persevering with on with 5:AM’s operations such that there isn’t any interruption to clients and intend to spend money on model reinvigoration and development," Matthew Stanton, Barambah CEO.
