All Iron to acquire Hotel Gran Ronda from BCN Urbaness for $19m.

All Iron, an apartment hotel chain, agreed to acquire Hotel Gran Ronda from BCN Urbaness, a chain of hotels for $19m. The objective is to transform the building, which is currently a three-star establishment, into a complex of 38 serviced apartments, which will be used for short and medium stay accommodation.
