American Securities completed the acquisition of LaserShip.

American Securities, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of LaserShip, a regional last-mile delivery company providing residential e-commerce delivery solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. LaserShip operates in 22 states in the Northeast, Southeast, and eastern Midwest regions of the US and offers two-day or less business-to-consumer delivery of small parcels (less than 50 pounds) for e-commerce customers, including retailers in apparel, health and beauty, food, and mass merchandise end-markets.
