Bankinter Investment completed the acquisition of Montepino from CBRE Global Investors for €1.2bn.

Bankinter Investment, a private equity firm, completed its acquisition of Montepino, a logistic developer, from CBRE Global Investors, a real estate investment management firm, for €1.2bn ($1.5bn). The signing of the agreement culminates an open competitive process in which other international entities have participated and which has finally managed to close Bankinter Investment after several weeks of negotiations.
