Byrna Technologies to acquire Mission Less Lethal from Kore Outdoor.

Byrna Technologies, a technology company, agreed to acquire Mission Less Lethal, a manufacturer of .68 caliber, shoulder-fired non-lethal launchers for law enforcement and other security professionals, from Kore Outdoor, a global manufacturer and distributor of paintballs, markers and other paintball products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Mission Less Lethal represents a highly strategic tuck-in acquisition for Byrna," Bryan Ganz, Byrna CEO.
