Godo Kaisha Sakurazaka 2 Go, a unit of PKSHA Technology, a Japan-based company mainly engaged in algorithmic license business, agreed to acquire solution business of OKWAVE, a develops software products, for $65m. Through the transfer of shares, the company will strengthen its financial base, which has been an issue, and will work to develop and accelerate its business using the transfer funds as a source of funds. The new company to be transferred is expected to develop further by incorporating the abundant knowledge of PKSHA's mechanical learning and deep learning technology.
