John Laing Group, an investor in public sector infrastructure projects, completed its acquisition of a 21% stake in Concesión La Pintada from Construcciones El Cóndor, a Colombian engineering and construction company, for c.$40m. The agreement between the companies includes the assignment of the creditor position in the subordinated debt contracts and other rights derived from them.
