Grupo Bimbo completed the acquisition of Emmy’s Organics.

Grupo Bimbo, the baker and the distributor of baked goods, completed the acquisition of Emmy’s Organics, an organic baked goods company that specializes in gluten-free cookies. Financial terms were not disclosed. Emmy's Organics focuses on organic, sustainable production and is a certified B-Corp, so this transaction will complement and expand Grupo Bimbo’s desire to invest in companies with sustainable business practices.
