BROCC completed the acquisition of GCC Capital from Accastum.

BROCC, an operator of a consumer lending platform, completed the acquisition of GCC Capital, a provider of financial lending and leasing services, from Accastum. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is part of BROCC's growth strategy and makes it possible to also offer savings accounts and provides a foothold in the Finnish market. The acquisition means that BROCC will promote continued growth while reducing the company's financing costs.
