Alcuin Capital completed the investment in Hartley Botanic from Rockpool.

Alcuin Capital, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Hartley Botanic, a luxury greenhouses and glasshouses designer and manufacturer, from Rockpool. Financial terms were not disclosed.
