INDEX completed the acquisition of One Click Metal from TRUMPF-Gruppe.

INDEX, a large CNC turning machine manufacturer, completed the acquisition of One Click Metal, a machine construction in Tamm, Germany, from TRUMPF-Gruppe, a German industrial machine manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Though INDEX Group will now have control over the company, TRUMPF will remain involved as an active and strategic partner, supporting the future development of One Click Metal via a collaboration with the INDEX Group," OCM.
