IMCD Colombia completed the acquisition of a 80% stake in Siliconas y Quimicos.

IMCD Colombia, a distributor of speciality chemicals and ingredients, completed the acquisition of a 80% stake in Siliconas y Quimicos, a chemicals and raw materials manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to further expand our presence in Latin America with the acquisition of Siliconas y Químicos.
