Genstar Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Vector Solutions from Golden Gate Capital.

Genstar Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Vector Solutions, a provider of industry-focused software solutions, from Golden Gate Capital, a private equity firm. The transaction includes an investment from Insight Partners.
