IK Investment Partners-backed BST Brandskyddsteamet, a service company whose area of activity is in active and preventive fire protection, completed the acquisition of Bricon, a provider of consulting activities in fire protection design and risk management, for $250m. "Bricon will continue to work unchanged under its brand and in its existing organization, in the same way as our other consulting companies.
