IK Investment Partners-backed BST Brandskyddsteamet completed the acquisition of Bricon for $250m.

IK Investment Partners-backed BST Brandskyddsteamet, a service company whose area of activity is in active and preventive fire protection, completed the acquisition of Bricon, a provider of consulting activities in fire protection design and risk management, for $250m. "Bricon will continue to work unchanged under its brand and in its existing organization, in the same way as our other consulting companies. We are convinced that it is important that our companies maintain their successful working methods and are given the opportunity to, with our support, continue to develop their operations on their own," Peter Bühler, BST Brandskyddsteamet CEO.
