Private equity firm Endless completed the acquisition of Edbro, a provider of on-vehicle hydraulic systems, from Jost Werke, a manufacturer and supplier of safety-relevant systems for commercial vehicles. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to support the Management team and all of the Edbro employees as the business embarks on this exciting new chapter in its history.
