KKR completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Environmental Resources Management, a sustainability consultancy, from investment firms OMERS and Alberta Investment at a $2.8bn valuation. “At ERM, we are committed to working alongside every one of the world’s leading organizations to achieve their sustainability goals.
