Novolex completed the acquisition of Flexo Converters USA from The Carlyle Group.

Novolex, which develops and manufactures diverse packaging products, completed its acquisition of Flexo Converters USA, a manufacturer of stock, custom and recycled paper bags and sacks, from The Carlyle Group.
