APWireless completed the acquisition of a portfolio of 14 properties of Quinta Capital for €49m.

APWireless, a mobile phone mast site lease investment firm, completed its acquisition of a portfolio of 14 properties of Quinta Capital, an independent and regulated alternative investment manager, for €49m ($60m). Quinta Capital is also working on other initiatives, both for the launch of new funds and for the expansion of the scope of existing funds with new acquisitions. The company would like to take off other business areas by entering the world of private equity , and the goal in this sense is to start raising the fund by the end of the year, in the meantime structuring the dedicated team, also through partnership.
