Hamburg Trust and Lupp to form a joint venture.

Hamburg Trust, a German investment and asset manager, and Lupp, one of the largest and oldest construction service providers in Germany, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We look forward to implementing this important showcase project in partnership with Lupp. The company has more than a hundred years of building expertise and has already successfully built numerous large properties, especially in the greater Frankfurt area," Oliver Priggemeyer, Hamburg Trust CEO.
