Medline Industries to acquire a majority stake in the respiratory business of Teleflex for $286m.

Medline Industries, a manufacturer, distributor and healthcare solutions provider, agreed to acquire a majority stake in the respiratory business of Teleflex, a global provider of medical technologies, for $286m. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021. "Medline has a long history of investing in key market areas to deliver new opportunities and efficiencies to healthcare providers.
