Copel to acquire Voltalia's Vilas Wind Complex for $189m.

Copel, a Brazilian electric utility company, agreed to acquire Vilas Wind Complex, a 186.7 MW wind power complex, from Voltalia Energia do Brasil, a renewable independent power producer, for $189m. The acquisition is a part of Copel's sustainable growth strategy in renewable energy.
