Arthur J. Gallagher to acquire Garner & Glover Company.

Arthur J. Gallagher, a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm, agreed to acquire Garner & Glover Company, an independent agency offering a full array of business and personal property/casualty, life and benefits products.
