Real Assets IM completed the acquisition of HTGroup from ProA Capital for €80m.

Real Assets IM, an independent investment platform, completed the acquisition of Health Transportation Group, a medical transport provider, from ProA Capital, a private equity firm, for €80m. “We and our investors are delighted to take ownership of HTG.
