Sonnedix, a global solar independent power producer, completed the acquisition of 4.5 MW solar carport in Spain. Financial terms were not disclosed. The solar plant consists of carport arrays installed at the International Airport of Murcia, south-eastern Spain. Following the acquisition, Sonnedix boosted the size of its Spanish portfolio to over 365 MW of capacity. The company's current global portfolio stands at over 4 GW, including a development pipeline of roughly 2 GW.
