Thoma Bravo-backed Majesco completed the acquisition of Utilant from Aquiline.

Thoma Bravo-backed Majesco, a provider of cloud insurance platform software, completed the acquisition of Utilant, a US-based InsurTech company, from private equity firm Aquiline. Financial terms were not disclosed.
