Liberty Global and Digital Colony to form AtlasEdge Data Centres.

Liberty Global, an Anglo-Dutch-American multinational telecommunications company, and Digital Colony, a global investment firm, agreed to form AtlasEdge Data Centres, a European Edge data center business. Financial terms were not disclosed. The proposed joint venture presents significant growth opportunities as we look to build this business into a leading European edge data center operator.
