Grupo Lauman to acquire Fox Sports Mexico.

Grupo Lauman, a Mexican media conglomerate, agreed to acquire Fox Sports Mexico, a sports entertainment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sale of Fox Sports' Mexican operations was a regulatory condition for Walt Disney's deal with Twenty-First Century Fox. Federal Telecommunications Institute cited the deal could give combined entity too much market power.
