STAR Capital and Safran completed the investment in SkyFive.

STAR Capital, a European fund manager, and Safran Corporate Ventures, a strategic investor in innovative startups, completed the investment in SkyFive, a growing provider of high-performance inflight connectivity to the aviation industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. While the adoption of ATG is currently at an early stage, the business has the potential to benefit from strong growth and a high visibility of future earnings. These elements, combined with STAR’s experience of creating and developing long term strategic assets, make SkyFive an attractive platform from which to grow a new digital infrastructure service business.
