FinAccel, a financial technology company, completed the acquisition of a 24% stake in Bank Bisnis, a provider of various banking products and services in Indonesia, for $38m. FTI’s participation is expected to boost BBSI’s performance, particularly regarding its strategic plan to enter digitalisation.
