Reina Group, a Spanish producer of dairy desserts, completed the acquisition of Condi Alimentar, a Portuguese producer of jellies and desserts. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this acquisition, Postres Reina opens a new and exciting stage to face new challenges, thanks to the long business history and the synergies that will be established from now on.
