Amaranto Group and Byom formed a joint venture.

Amaranto Group, a solar energy company, and Byom, an advisory and investment company, formed a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. This is a joint venture in the renewable energy sector with the aim of investing financial resources in the acquisition and optimization of “distressed” photovoltaic plants. It will also launch initiatives in the distributed generation sector, in the “energy communities” in particular.
