EQT-backed Facile.it completed the acquisition of MiaCar.

EQT-backed Facile.it, an online platform that allows users to compare offers between various insurance, mortgages, loans, current accounts and ADSL products, completed the acquisition of MiaCar, an Italian car marketplace. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Like Facile.it, MiaCar also represents an excellent example of integration between channels in its sector.
