Platform_ and Northwood Investors to form a joint venture.

Platform_, an investor, developer, operator and asset manager of purpose-built residential communities, and Northwood Investors, a privately-held real estate investment advisor, agreed to form a joint venture to develop and operate BTR assets across regional centres in the United Kingdom. The JV will see the construction of an initial portfolio of 1k high quality and purpose designed apartments in Glasgow, Sheffield and Cardiff, representing some of the first build to rent developments to complete in each city.
