Nutreco-backed Skretting Australia, a company specializing in nutritional solutions and services for aquaculture, agreed to acquire Ridley’s extrusion facility in Westbury, Tasmania, from Ridley, a provider of high-performance animal nutrition solutions, for $42m. “I am pleased that we are expanding our manufacturing capacity to enable us to continue our long-term commitment to clients and partners across the broader Australian and New Zealand aquaculture industries.
