NexPhase-backed KnowFully Learning Group, an end-to-end professional education platform, agreed to acquire Creative Educational Concepts, an inter-professional continuing education for physicians, pharmacists, nurses and related members of the healthcare team, from The Income Tax School, a national standard for tax preparation training and provides e-learning.
