Helios Private Equity to acquire a 30 % stake in ISC for $126m.

Helios Private Equity, a private equity investment firm, agreed to acquire a 30 % stake in ISC, a Korea-based company which develops, manufactures, and sells semiconductor test sockets worldwide, for $126m. Chung will maintain a stake of around 10% after the sales. He will likely remain a chairman of the board and inside director at ISC, and co-manage the firm will Helios.
