The Riverside Company-backed CertaSite completed the acquisition of Marine Fire Sales & Service.

The Riverside Company-backed CertaSite, a commercial fire protection and life safety company, completed the acquisition of Marine Fire Sales & Service, a family-owned business providing fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems and emergency lighting solutions.
