Francisco Partners-backed EG completed the acquisition of EnerKey from Vaaka Partners.

Francisco Partners-backed EG, a industry-specific software supplier, completed the acquisition of EnerKey, a company that delivers vertical software, from Vaaka Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the addition of EnerKey, EG will be able to support and strengthen the offerings for our customers in their strides towards becoming increasingly sustainable and carbon neutral," Mikkel Bardram, EG CEO.
