CD&R-backed Artera Services completed the acquisition of FUSG from CAI Capital Partners.

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice-backed Artera Services, a provider of integrated infrastructure services to natural gas and electric industries, completed the acquisition of Feeney Utility Services Group, a natural gas utility service provider, from CAI Capital Partners, a Vancouver-based private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We welcome the FUSG team to the Artera family and we are excited to expand our core natural gas distribution capabilities into the Northeast market.
