Model Group to acquire Sachsen Mill from Stora Enso for $41m.

Model Group, a firm that develops, produces and delivers innovative packaging solutions, agreed to acquire Sachsen Mill from Stora Enso, a Finnish paper and biomaterials company, for $41m. “We believe Model will be a good owner to ensure long-term development of the Sachsen Mill. We will continue to serve our customers with high quality paper products from Sachsen Mill at least until the end of 2022,” Kati ter Horst, Stora Enso EVP of Paper Division.
