Cornerstone and Oaktree-backed ProService Finteco completed the acquisition of Moventum.

Cornerstone and Oaktree-backed ProService Finteco, a transfer agent offering settlement, fund valuation, and corporate accounting services, completed the acquisition of Moventum, a financial services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Moventum is a milestone in the development of ProService Finteco – from now on we will become a player of a completely different class. We are entering a challenging, highly developed financial market, and the approvals from very demanding regulatory authorities are the best proof," Andrzej Klesyk, Cornerstone Managing Partner.
