ROTZINGER to acquire cartoning and track & trace systems businesses from Syntegon.

ROTZINGER, a solutions supplier to improve the efficiency of product distribution, flow regulation and storage, agreed to acquire cartoning and track & trace systems businesses from Syntegon, a processing and packaging technology provider. Financial terms are not disclosed. ROTZINGER and Syntegon have also agreed that the acquired company and Syntegon will collaborate closely to serve shared customers in the best possible way. It has been agreed that the purchase price and other details of the purchase agreement will not be disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter.
