CEPD completed the acquisition of Admenta Sweden from McKesson.

CEPD, an experienced and knowledgeable healthcare player in Europe, completed the acquisition of Admenta Sweden, which is part of the Health and Personal Care Stores Industry, from McKesson, a company in the healthcare sector, with strong brands across 12 European countries. Financial terms were not disclosed. CEPD will work to ensure continued competitiveness and develop our customer offering, regardless of which channel the customer wishes to meet us in.
