Blueleaf Energy and SunAsia to create the joint venture.

Blueleaf Energy, a supplier of solar energy equipment, and SunAsia, a pioneer developer of clean, affordable and sustainable solar energy, agreed to create the joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With Blueleaf Energy as our partner, we are in a stronger position today in helping the industry attain the renewable energy targets set by the implementation of the country’s Renewable Portfolio Standards.
