Doaritimo completed the acquisition of Tito's Mallorca International Club for €11m.

Doaritimo, a company belonging to Camper Family Office, completed its acquisition of Tito's Mallorca International Club, a disco club, for €11m ($14m). "In the first phase, an SPV belonging to the same group of companies as Doaritimo executed two purchase options over the properties comprising the discotheque owned by Tito’s and a natural person. In a second phase, the purchase options were assigned to the purchaser, who executed the corresponding public sale and purchase deeds for Tito’s Discotheque with each seller in a single notarial act," Doaritimo.
