Nordhealth completed the acquisition of Aspit from Kistefos for $45m.

Nordhealth, a cloud-based healthcare SaaS company, completed the acquisition of Aspit, a developer and supplier of cloud-based information technology operation services, from Kistefos, a private equity investment firm, for $45m. “After spending the past twenty years building Aspit together with great colleagues and customers, it is a privilege to join forces with Nordhealth. Nordhealth shares the values that have been important to our success, such as healthy business ethics, long-term planning, the willingness to innovate and closeness to our customers.
